Fry & Co are excited to go live with new state of the art software from Dwellant.

The new management software from Dwellant enables suppliers to upload invoices straight into our property management system for approval and payment. This will massively cut down on paperwork and make our invoicing and payment approval system more streamlined and efficient.

Dwellant also provides each property with their own website which will provide information to lessees, such as service charge accounts, insurance documentation, house rules and also allow lessees to communicate with each other via their own website.
