Our management accounts include expenditure vs. budget reports, highlighting variances and making recommendations for adjustments.

We like to go the extra mile for our clients when it comes to cost control. We have a proud track record of reducing annual service charge expenditure in properties that have recently come under our care, saving clients, in some cases, more than our annual management fee.

Administering a property’s finances is a duty not to be underestimated. Complying at all times with ARMA and RICS requirements as well as all relevant landlord & tenant legislation, your service monies are held in trust in unique interest bearing bank accounts. If the lease allows for the collection of reserve or sinking fund monies for future capital spend, separate bank accounts will be diligently established, ensuring further segregation of funds for your peace of mind.
